R.W. Stanley, INC. is a construction consulting firm built on over 15 years of hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, and government projects. We specialize in Division 7 scopes—roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems—as well as the coordination of intersecting trades that impact system performance. From public and private medical facilities to industrial sites and commercial developments, we bring technical knowledge and real-world insight to every engagement.

Founded by Robert D. Stanley, the firm was created to fill the gap between project execution and project oversight. Our work is driven by one goal: helping contractors, architects, engineers, and owners deliver high-performing buildings without the guesswork.
