Division 7 Quality Control Experts

At R.W. Stanley, INC., quality control is more than inspection—it’s a proactive process that begins before materials arrive on site. We work with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure that installations meet both manufacturer requirements and project specifications. Our experience with Division 7 scopes allows us to quickly identify issues that could impact long-term performance or warranty compliance. By integrating quality control early, we help avoid costly rework and schedule delays.

Our Approach

Our on-site services include routine field inspections, punch list development, and sequencing checks across roofing, waterproofing, insulation, and intersecting trades. We observe work in progress, document deficiencies, and ensure corrections are made prior to cover-up or concealment. Attention is given to substrate conditions, material transitions, terminations, and tie-ins—especially where scopes overlap. Site reports include photos, field notes, and annotated drawings where needed for clarity.

What We Offer

In-office, we support the project team with submittal review, pre-installation checklists, and coordination with suppliers and consultants. We help develop Quality Control Plans (QCPs), prepare documentation for closeout, and verify that installed assemblies match approved products and details. All findings are documented in a format for contractors and owners to distribute to the appropriate party. Whether your project requires third-party verification or internal quality support, we offer flexible services to meet both agency and contractor needs.
